These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and OneRealmVentures, LLC ("OneBudgetAI," "we," "us," "our") and govern your access to and use of our websites, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility And Account Responsibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity on your account.
  • You must provide accurate information and promptly update it when it changes.

2. Acceptable Use

  • Do not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access.
  • Do not use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
  • Do not upload or transmit content that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

3. Financial Tools Disclaimer

OneBudgetAI provides software tools and informational insights. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. You are solely responsible for your decisions and outcomes.

4. Linked Accounts And Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party services (including Plaid and Stripe). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party products or services.

5. Billing, Subscriptions, And Trials

  • Paid plans may renew automatically unless canceled before renewal.
  • Pricing, plan features, and trial offers may change with notice as required by law.
  • Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, design, branding, and content (other than your own content), is owned by OneBudgetAI or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms, create risk for users or the platform, or where required for legal or security reasons.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneBudgetAI and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of the Service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless OneBudgetAI and its affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which OneRealmVentures, LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local law requires otherwise.

12. Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and provide notice as required by law.
